Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are made with the finest quality materials so we rarely have any problems. But if your item is damaged or defective in any way, we are more than happy to assist you. Please refer to the situation below to see how we handle each situation:

  • I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER: If you decide you want to cancel your order before it has shipped, we can cancel your order with no penalty and issue you a full refund. Typically, items ship within 24 hours of orders being placed.

  • MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR HAS DEFECTS: If your product appears to have been damaged during shipping or looks like it has any defects, please contact us so that we can send out a replacement part. We may ask you to send us pictures of the item before a replacement part is sent out.

  • I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER: If you would like to return your order within 30 days of receiving it for any reason other than damage or defects, penalties will apply. We will issue you a full refund for your order MINUS the cost to ship it to you originally, MINUS the cost to have it shipped back to us and MINUS a 25% restocking fee. If you still decide that this is the course of action that you would like to take, please contact us so we can send you a return shipping label with an affixed RMA number. Refunds will not be issued if you return the item without contacting us first as returns are often sent to a different location than the one you received it from and require an RMA number to be accounted for correctly.
